- Add on service to pick up packages that are delivered on non-visit days

Vendor Meet & Greet
- If needed, we will meet a vendor at your place and chaperone
- We can open house and close house at your request
- We can handle emergent issues by securing vendors as needed as assess and handle basic needs like turning water off at the street, for example
Home Care
- As part of our management services, we include watering indoor plants and outdoor planters
- HVAC is set to appropriate temperatures

Pre & Post Trip Visits
- Hassle-free help for your arrival or put away groceries that you had delievered
- We can pick up items you need for your stay or put groceries you had delivered, away
