We offer a comprehensive suite of services designed to keep your investment protected. We partner with owners, and manage the day‑to‑day details that can become a burden. Our goal is to deliver reliable service, clear communication and timely service and reporting.
On the operational side, we provide structured services that help reduce risk and create a predictable environment for owners. We understand that no two properties are exactly alike. That’s why every service we offer can be tailored to your specific needs. If you do not see a service listed that matches what you are looking for, we are happy to design a custom scope of services that aligns with your long‑term goals.
Our Prices
Weekly
- 52 visits with weekly reports and photo
- Basic Services Included; house check, mail/packages inside, water indoor plants and outer planters, check electricity/breaker box, dock and boat check, and walk through entire house
- Priority for emergent needs
Upon Start of the Agreement we will do a walk through with you, get pictures for your portal folder and update pictures with visits. More will be documented if there is an item to be addressed. Weekly visits will include general photos.
Bi-Weekly
- 26 visits with weekly reports and photos
- Basic Services Included; house check, mail/packages inside, water indoor plants and outer planters, check electricity/breaker box, dock and boat check, and walk through entire house
- Priority for emergent needs

Meet and Chaperone - Supervise contractors, repairmen, exterminators, landscapers, cleaners, delivery/install crews. ($35.00 per hour)
Pre‑Arrival Preparations - HVAC set, water turned on, fridge on, lights on, basic groceries, linens aired. ($50 per visit)
Post‑Departure Checks - Trash out, doors/windows locked, thermostats set, water shutoff as appropriate. ($50 per visit)
Key Holding and Emergency Response - Lake Country Neighbor will be the local “call first” for alarms or neighbor concerns; we only handle what is safe and appropriate, then coordinate professionals. ($50 per emergency visit, and depending on what issue needs to be addressed, will be approved with the homeowner.)
