With more than 30 years of experience managing our own real estate investments—both commercial and residential—we bring practical expertise and a proven track record to every client relationship. We’ve learned what it takes to create our own peace of mind with our properties, and we apply that same diligence and care to the properties we manage on behalf of others.

Julian Roberts
For decades Julian has worked for a non-profit assocation in the healthcare industry managing staff across the country, and managed members' needs and board expectations. That's a lot of people to make happy.
His service-focused work is the perfect cornerstone for Lake Country Neighbor along with his 30+ years in investment property and management. His first tri-plex purchase was with a Georgia College friend and alum not long after graduation and from there, a commercial building and several homes, apartments and even a duplex in a historic Atlanta neighborhood.
Julian grew up in a small, rural Georgia town, pop. 200, providing him the foundation for his values. He attended Georgia College where a lot of shenanigans happened and now he's back in Milly and Lake Sinclair, where it all began. Lake life found Julilan in 2020 in what was a serendipidous purchase of the perfect home for his family on Lake Sinclair and the idea for Lake Country Property was born.
He likes being with family and friends for a day on the lake, bird hunting, golf, and traveling and of course, meeting new people along the way.

Julia Roberts
Julia grew up doing summers in Wisconsin at the lake. The love of water started in her childhood, while growing up in Minnesota, "Land of 10,000 Lakes."
Julia has owned her own company, Roberts Resource, since 2000. She serves clients with marketing help - everything from strategy to branding and social media to traditional advertising. She manages timelines, budgets, people, and multiple campaign implementations.
Schedules, budgeting, research and technology troubleshooting are her thing — and she likes it — which people generally find strange.
She also worked closely with tenants in their rental properties. For nearly 30 years both Julia and Julian managed the properties; from late night calls with an issue, or arranging an open house with prospective tenants, they've both been "all in" on property oversight.
She loves to spend her free time with her family and friends, traveling, crafting, throwing a ball for one of her two dogs (well, she sort of likes it) and bobbing around in the lake with fun people.
